I'm shocked to see all these negative stories about Brooklyn Radio Dispatch. I have to say that the company suffered during the Covid crisis but the company did try to provide rides. Even though they were short of staff. I've always found the Dispatchers to be very helpful, reliable and they always seem to get me back home. I still believe that Brooklyn radios dispatch is the best Car service especially for the med answering medical providers. They go to all areas so give them a chance they are a reliable group of people.
